‍Ready to build the ultimate sim racing community? RACEMAKE is a vibrant startup transforming telemetry analysis for sim racers. We're looking for a passionate Community Manager to grow and engage our community on Discord and scout talented sim racers to create exciting, viral content!
Your Role & Impact:
- Build, grow, and energize our fan community on Discord
- Identify and collaborate with talented sim racers to produce compelling community-driven and viral content
- Foster meaningful relationships within the community and inspire active engagement
- Coordinate and execute events, competitions, and challenges to boost community involvement
- Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback, and work closely with our product and marketing teams
- Be the face of RACEMAKE, actively engaging and responding to community conversations
Who You Are:
- A natural communicator with experience managing and growing communities, ideally on Discord
- Passionate about esports, gaming, or motorsports—especially sim racing titles like ACC, iRacing, rFactor 2, or Assetto Corsa
- Creative and proactive in spotting talent and generating viral opportunities
- Excellent at relationship-building, empathetic to community needs, and skilled at conflict resolution
- Fluent in English
- Excited to join a team that's shaping the future of sim racing and motorsports
Bonus Points:
- Proven experience creating successful community or viral content
- Existing network or connections in sim racing or esports communities
- Basic understanding of telemetry or technical aspects of racing games
