Position: Neural Network Developer @ RACEMAKE 🚀
Want to pioneer the future of sim racing by creating custom neural networks? RACEMAKE is a visionary startup transforming telemetry data into actionable insights for sim racers—and we're now pushing boundaries by developing our own neural networks to power advanced analytics and predictive setups.
We're seeking a talented Neural Network Developer, passionate about machine learning and racing, to help us build, train, and deploy bespoke neural network models that enhance our telemetry visualization and predictive performance capabilities.
Your Role & Impact:
- Design, implement, and train custom neural network architectures tailored to racing telemetry data
- Collaborate closely with data engineers to preprocess, clean, and optimize telemetry datasets
- Deploy and monitor neural network models in cloud environments (Google Cloud, AWS, or similar)
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and telemetry performance data to continuously improve predictions
- Contribute directly to RACEMAKE’s innovation roadmap, enabling smarter racing strategies and vehicle setups
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Solid experience in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and deep learning frameworks
- Proven ability to build and train neural networks from scratch
- Familiarity with cloud deployment and machine learning infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Passionate about AI, machine learning, and delivering practical, data-driven solutions
- Fluent in English (Czech or Slovak is a bonus)
Bonus Points:
- Interest or experience in sim racing (ACC, iRacing, rFactor2) or real-world motorsports
- Experience with telemetry data, predictive modeling, or reinforcement learning
